Today's workout as Rx'd: 10:30 315/225/225
Started off with 315 on DL but after the first ten relized that with that weight the workout would take me 30min to finish, so I cut it down and was a lot faster. Still trying to figure how to pace these workouts, but I guess thats the fun of it right.
