I'm not sure if there is a better methodical way but I would say it would depend on the exercises you are doing for your OLAD.

I did snatch, deadlift, and incline barbell.

So I would pick WOD's that wouldn't impact me too terribly on the lifting day. I.e. such as things that don't hit my involve lower back too much or a killer dip/push workout the day before incline barbell.
