This applies to both post. The number of reps gives away the answer.

5 rounds of 10 reps equals 50 total reps. This land you in the strength/endurance range. Early rounds should be unbroken. Later rounds may be broken due to breathing and heart rate.

The strength version would be 5 rounds of 3 reps equals 15 total. If you are only doing a total of 15 reps then you want to go as heavy as you can safely up to Rx'd weight.

Learn about Prilepin's Table. While it was created for Olympic Weightlifting it can act as a general guide for what % of your 1 Rep. Max you should use in a met-con based on the rounds and reps.
