If I can't RX, how do I decide between time and weight.

Hey guys - yesterday was a WOD where I knew I could not RX.

It was:
5 rounds for time
10 push-jerks - 155lbs
50 double unders
Rest one minute.

The weight was just too heavy for me to RX. At that point, I was trying to decide between going with the women's RX weight (105#) and going for a great time, or doing as much weight as I thought I could handle (probably could have done 125?) and sacrifice time.

So how do you decide when you can't RX? Do you think it's a bigger benefit to do more weight, or to do less weight but at a faster pace?

Thanks!
