thanks, on second thought, maybe performing the wods would be a better idea. I just wanted to learn the lifts, but I worked out today and it seems I really don't need too much work on it. Just have to use lighter weights. I was trying to do the front squat, but I couldn't because I couldn't keep the weight up. But the snatch felt really good because I didn't put any weights on the bar for my first set... so anyways I think I just have to go really light.
