Yael, thanks for the advice and the recipes!

I made another loaf of almond flour banana nut bread...decided to put just a bit of rye flour in it (didn't have enough almond flour anyhow)...turned out great, though still didn't cook completely in the middle. Could have been the subbing of yogurt for the buttermilk :bangin: Had to improvise.
