This past month I've been using raw milk/kefir as my source for calcium. Before this time when I was strictly following the no-dairy rule, it was difficult to reach my daily requirement on just greens

I haven't noticed any negative effects from drinking milk but I've been thinking about dropping it from my diet..

Where do you get your calcium from? A load a greens, sardines, or supplements?
