Do you intend on competing?
Do you have a need for conventional deadlifts?
If not then you can continue do what you are doing today.
The only thing I would like to see is more of a neutral spine from your neck up

You look up breaking the strongest link in the lift.
If you have tight hamstrings then you need to start to foam role your legs from your calfs up. I would also use a hard ball lacrosse ball and role the soles of your feet. Over time with a little stretching you will be able to deadlift with no problem.
