Last week for work I had a pt, which resulted in:
bench 302 lbs
1.5 mile run 9:54
60 situps in one minute
I was surprised at my bench, considering I haven't benched in over three months. I've just been doing the crossfit wod's and soem pushups when I feel the urge. I was out of town also working on the floods here in the midwest, so I missed a few workouts. I made up one from a few days ago, which was a real butt-kicker.
135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
135 pound Hang power clean, 12 reps
135 pound Front Squat, 9 reps
135 pound Push Jerk, 6 reps
5 sets were prescribed, but after 4 I was utterly spent. I'll take the sally award for it, and work on being tougher for next time.
