My general policy about supplements is: If you have optimized training, nutrition, and rest, then by all means try a supplement. If you are using the supplement as a crutch, don't take it. Personally, I think most of this stuff is a waste of money. Train the WOD 3 on / 1 off, eat 5 Zone balanced meals a day, improve food quality, take a quality fish oil, sleep at least 8 good hours a night, work on weak points with extra workouts, train in a sport...if your not doing all of this don't even consider supplementation.
