heavy lifts/oly lifts = take 3-7 minutes resting between them

Otherwise there's some with some prescribed rest breaks usually stated in the workouts. The only one I can think of off hand is the max bodyweight bench and then max pullup one where you can rest between rounds (not between the bench then pullups).

Time = do as fast as you can
