Forgot the powder and eat real food. Raw whole milk is a great source of calories, eggs, bacon, almond butter, steaks, fish, chicken, nuts etc, you get the point. If you need more calories, you can always add extra EVOO or just put down three four tablespoons of coconut oil per day as a little snack.
