If you are still having your sleep problem, I recommend yoga. BKS Iyengar has a book "Yoga for Holistic Health" or something like that. It has a lengthy section where different series of poses are prescribed for various ailments. It worked for me. I do (at least) headstand, shoulderstand, and a forward bend every night and sleep very well (when my babies don't wake me), even though I have a high stress job. BTW, I don't suggest living in a frat house if you want consistent sleep...something to think about for next year.
