Press - 10kgx5x3, 20kgx5, 30kgx5x3

Did something unpleasant to my back at work today (our lift is broken so the mailbags have to be hauled up two flights of stairs.... and there's a lot of mailbags) so I decided to go a little lighter (and shorter) today.

The back cramps (best way to describe them) are about halfway up my back, on both sides, and though they stayed relatively benign during the squats they then unexpectedly starting screwing me up during the press. Not very nice.
Bring on the elevator repair man.
