So, I was feeling really bogged down on Friday and my body was really achy so I decided that I was going to take 2 days in a row off from Crossfit and let my body heal. I took off Friday and Saturday and then yesterday I was in a 10k race called Beat the Bridge here in Seattle. I ran the 5 miles in 40:32. I am kinda sore today but I think that time is good seeing as the only training I have had for it is crossfit!
Today's WOD is:
"5 Minute Intervals"
4 Rounds (100% max effort rounds)
AMRAP in the remaining 5 minutes of:
7 Box Jumps
Rest 3 minutes
