Yesterday's WOD went really well. I used the skinny band for the dips and although I probably could have done more,I squated 77lbs...I did 9 rounds total plus 1 more round of box jumps. My run was 3:42...wish it was faster...I am always slow at the start of runs and then pick it up..oh well..
