My Wild Adventure - Pics as well
So Today I will be starting my workout log - Kind of wish that I had started this back in March when I first started crossfit. I have all of my data and stuff written down. Should I back log everything? Plus I have Pictures from May 6th, June 6th and July 4th. That I will be posting here soon.
Please Let me know if I should back date the log.. opinions suggestions anything will do.
