Today seeing as the WOD comprised of two movements i am yet to do i decided to spend an hour practising them with great results.
A first got my first HSPU nearly to the ground then got 4 single muscle ups.
Still a long way from being able to do 2 consecutive muscle ups as lose false grip on way down.
Still very pleased.
Afterwards i done bodyweight Deadlifts 90kg x 100 reps for time: 7.28
Then Half bodyweight Bent over rows 45kg x 100 reps for time: 4.28
