Bill hit it on the head

When I managed my calories hard core

3000 per day = muscle growth and fat loss
3200 per day = muscle growth no fat loss or gain
3500 per day = muscle growth and fat gain

300 calories a day too much over time will add fat

Perhaps every other day would help or cut serving in 1/2

Run for a week or two and see
