Wow. It's been hard to find time to work out lately.
I don't remember exactly what days I did the following, but here it is.
Still doing 50 X pushups, situps, squats every day.
Did 50-40-30-20-10 pushups, situps, squats in about 10 minutes. Way off my PR.
Last night I did 50 95# thrusters in about 5 minutes.
