pullups-leg raises- dips
7(new best)-12-6 :-(
5-12-5
5-12-6

right shoulder feels like I strained it. so I did some more ab work then 12 minutes on the treadmill
15 minutes on the bike, 1 tabata set on the c2 rower

i was tired:-)
