I just did crossfit total this past weekend. I reached a goal on squats - 305#!! I have been shooting for this for years and crossfit has given me the discipline and program to get there.

ALL PRs!!!

Back Squat - 305#
Deadlift - 325# - i tried 330 and it is amazing that only 5 pounds will fail you
Shoulder Press - 145#
