Zach's Workout Log

Hello there,

First off thanks for taking the time to read this.

I am doing this for myself and family. I know that I need to be in good shape to be around for my family and to be safe at my job.

After trying many different types of work outs and occasional WOD I have realized the errors of my ways and will finally commit to Crossfit. I have been dieting for the last 6 months and running, losing 36 pounds. Now I want to get some muscle with my running endurance. I am going to use the WOD with running and ocassional lifting. I will post workouts daily and would love for anyone to comment, give suggestions, or motivations. We all need a little kick in the *** to keep our egos in check and motivation to workout.

What stats should I record to keep a good measure of fitness? Thatís one I could use some help on.
