I thought I had to share this. It's Wednesday morning and I carpool to work with a 65 y.o. man named Chris. I'd been doing 5x5 squats (80,90,100,110,120) on Monday night and was still sore today, as 5x120 is my PB and I nearly got there.
Getting out of the car once we got to work, Chris noted that I was having trouble and offered to help me. Standing up has been a chore after 5x5 squats.
