Anyone tried Crossfit Weightlifting?
I've heard Froning and Hobart mentioned Crossfit Weightlifting and how great the programming is on a day to day basis. Coach Mike writes the workouts so I'd expect them to be better than your average programming. My question is; has anyone done a 12 week cycle with them? If so, how'd you like it? If not, why didn't you like it?
