good stuff man.

my only suggestion? summarize the articles. if the whole purpose of the site is to get people with minimal activity levels moving, your audience will also more than likely stop reading once they see "vo2max." a quick summary box to the right of each article stating something along the lines of "four minutes vs. forty minutes: several intense, short bursts broken up by shorter rest periods provides for greater fat loss, improved energy levels than long periods of jogging or biking." doing something to catch their eye quickly will improve the chances of them following through.
