Ah, good to hear that the MRI scan was negative for structural damage. That is very good.

In that case, start massaging your rotator cuff muscles - you know - trigger point massage (yeah, I know you knew I would say that). Get a wall hook to massage your upper shoulder muscles (see http://www.crossfit.com/discus/messages/27/17712.html and http://www.crossfit.com/discus/messages/27/18303.html). You can see the muscles and their associated trigger points and referral areas at http://www.triggerpoints.net/_sgg/m1m1_1.htm. The rotator cuff muscles are: supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis, and teres minor.
