We do the WODs on a 7 day delay due to travel obligations, etc. Regardless, we did the 2005/09/04 workout yesterday (400m/50 thrusters/400m/50 burpees/400m/50 HSPC/400m). It took me longer to recover enough to work my clutch than it did to do the damn workout.
I think that one deserves a name. For those left behind and those who chose to go in after them I think Katrina sounds about right.
