30 MU's - 6:45
No rings, bar MU's - 6" platform @ the bottom.
Super pleased with this. Up until this point I have done 4 MU's w/rings and 2 MU's on a bar...ever. I had a level of explosiveness on the way up that I havent been close to in the past. Not sure what to attribute this to. It was likely due to the fact that I switched from a sugar/coffee diet to Paleo since my Level 1 cert in March. I think it was Lisa's 23/1 rule (CF Flagstaff) in the nutrition portion of the cert. Either way, Im stoked!
