Yes I am in the 1000 lb club
, I have gotten over 1,000 on 3 occasions since starting Crossfit.
I now weight 207 and did the DL of 455 at that weight. I can't wait for another Crossfit total, as I have been working on my squat and DL quite a bit.
. My goal is to get to 195 and push my Crossfit total as high as I can into the advanced category. Should be at 195 in about 6-8 weeks at my current gradual pace of weight loss.
