I played it by ear, doing sets of however many I thought was difficult but not going to failure, and it looked something like this:
squats 100 unbroken
Time was 24:54, pull-up about 9 minutes, squats were 2 1/2 minutes, pushups and situps about 6 minutes each.
Tabata-style makes sense too... if I had done mine that way for the first 3 exercises and put up the numbers displayed here, that'd be a time of about 18 minutes
