BTW- Haven't tried a weighted MU yet, so I'm at 1.00 for 3 reps.

1.39 for a single pullup(+80#), 1.22 (+45#) for 6 reps, really irritates the golfer's elbow...and

1.22 for weighted bar dips is the most I've ever tried, did sets of 5 reps in a workout

I'll have to test these when I get home off vacation.
