So I walk in and see this LtCol doing the same WOD I was planning on doing, and he was getting ready to leave as I came in. So I told him I'd take what he was using since I was going to use it anyway. He was using what was posted on the site (135 Thrusters, 45 PU), and because I think so highly of myself, I figured sure, why not. I go to do my first thruster, and I thought I was going to die. Then I remembered I only got 150 on the thrusters I did a week ago. Kinda hurt my pride, but I remember why I shouldn't over do it, and to scale to me, not to someone else.
Three rounds, 12-9-6 reps, for time of:
95 pound barbell Thrusters
25 pound weighted Pull-ups
I had a kink in my back, making the whole WOD hell for me. Finished in like 12 minutes or so, my watch hit my wrist and stopped recording. No more thrusters for a few day I think, haha.
