It was a busy day, so no maxes, just a short workout.
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
I got 9 rounds, plus 5 pullups, 7 pushups.
Could have gotten another two rounds, but I took a break after round 7, and it cost me, because it took some real motivation to get back in it! It's looking like this will be a busy week, but I'm hopeful for some quick ones as long as the gym is open. Here's to hoping!
