Keep drinking plenty of water. Your kidneys need to flush out from breaking down proteins from food, and muscle processing. These processes need healthy kidneys. Also, this will flush out anything from "cheat foods" that need to be released from your system. It's well worth the bathroom trips. I drink a gallon per day.
