The best move that I have found for adductor rolling is to set a barbell at about waist height. Then hike a leg over it, and slowly roll the bar, smashing those muscles all the way down on both sides.

You look like you are doing unspeakable acts to the bar, so be prepared for some odd looks. But it works.



*edit - after looking at that photo you posted, you might take a few days off too. Don't want to get a groin pull or tear.
