I saw my buddy John Frazer's post here and figured I'd post mine. I am not a strict Crossfitter--I do some long distance running and usually make up my own CF-ish workouts, with a lot of inspiration from Gym Jones.

I started doing Crossfit-ish stuff regularly again in August after a 50-mile ultramarathon. The train-up for that left me feeling pretty run-down and weak. But in less than 3 months of Crossfit-inspired work I have the following PRs at a bodyweight of ~150 pounds (5'10" tall):

1 RM pullup at BW + 100
1 RM deadlift at 255
1 RM clean & jerk at 135
