Dale, I need to get my diet worked out. I was doing pretty well till 4th of July came along. Im going to try to get into the zone though. Ive got about 20-25 lbs I want to lose. Ive got alot of room for improvement in the squat...Id like to get my Total score over 800 and with an increase in my squat to over 300 I would be getting pretty close.

Even though my body isnt where I want it yet after only 2 months of crossfit I feel stronger, faster and more powerful than when I was in "great shape" in college.
