Eddie- a few questions 1) Are you attacking the WOD with some pretty serious gusto? It is the neuroendocrine response from the work outs which really start shifting body composition. 2) are you sleeping at least 9 hrs in a totally dark room? I mean pitch black! 3) are you getting 4-6 small meals/day? 4) Are you getting at least a gram of protein/lb LBW? 5)do you feel woozy after eating your carbs like fruit?
Before making any suggestions I'll wait to see where you are at on these questions.
