Thanks for the info George. I came up with my protein numbers from the book mastering the zone. I used their body fat calculations and then figured out my protein intake, per lean body mass. I do the cross-fit training and run a couple times a week as well, but I'm intested in losing about 20 to 30lbs. So do you think the 4 blocks per meal is enough, or should I bump it up.
