I'm confused as to how you came about 130-140 grams = 14 blocks (4 each main meal and 1 each snack).
140 grams would be 20 blocks, at 7 grams per block. Your numbers aren't adding up.
I would find out what you want to be at, and go with that many blocks per day. Once you reach the body fat % you want, start eating 3x the normal amount of fat.
