20 stability ball crunches
20 stability ball reverse crunches
20 10lb medicine ball twisters
10 2 x 25lb dumbell thrusters
20 side plank 10lb medicine ball raises
20 kettlebell push-ups

Night time crossfit WOD

21-18-15-12-9-6-3

Front squat 95lbs
kettlebell push-ups w/ elevated feet

13 min 15sec

the thrusters and KB push-ups at lunch came back to haunt me...
