Kevin, I have the same problem with my shoulder, and I want to do the fight gone bad thing in Sept. I tried light workouts and everytime I just wind up back where I started with the same sore shoulder. I just decided to lay off it all together and let it heal. I do a lot of running now and lower body stuff, but as far as upper body, my shoulder is a lot like your wrist...that being there's not a lot of upper body exercise you can do without getting your wrist involved. It's frustrating but Id' say just rest it. And like derrick mentioned, maybe some machine work, but I'm in agreement with him about machines, they are my absolute last resort. Good luck.
