I sprained m wrist in a rugby tournament in July. I RICE'd it for a few days and then wrapped with whenever I worked out. Long story short, I haven't given it enough rest to recover and I've realized I finally need to lay off it.

Are there any upperbody exercises I can do that won't stress my wrist?
