Since, Rick's program was inspired by Westside, it's interesting that you use slow eccentrics since Louie is pretty pro explosive, fast movements.
You misread that one, Robert, I said "Some of all of that gets mixed in these days besides slow eccentrics."

I know some people really like eccentrics and tempo lifting, but I've never heard a convincing argument for them.
