This has probably been discussed but I searched and couldn't find anything. I have noticed almost all affiliate sites program 6 days a week leaving 1 rest day normally Sunday. For those who follow a affiliate what do you if you follow the 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off format or just simply only get 5 days a week? Do you skip a day? And which day is it normally? Or do you hold back and work days/weeks behind? Curious how people handle that.
