Cindy at 1 minute intervals is known as Chelsea... you shoot for 30 minutes.

And the 21-15-9: 1.5 pood KBS left arm, 1.5 pood KBS right arm, pullups workout is a fantastic beastie. Highest recommendations for that workout.
