I just started Crossfit and i'm nowhere near the WOD's but I am able to increase each time.

For Barbara for example I just do as many pushups, pullups, situps, squats as I can until failure and then rest up for the next round. So far I have not made it past round three without collapsing. Although today I felt I could have done one more round. Next time i'm gonna try.

The looks I get are pretty funny. Especially when i'm laying there trying to stop panting and ward off puking.
