I tried a couple WOD with little success, I was thinking of trying to do what the crossfit journal #9 recommened, deadlift, push press and squat. Should I be doing pushups, assisted pullups, ab work like situps? How should I start? Or would it be better to adjust the WOD so I can do what I can, change weights/reps? I appreciate any help. :happy:
