Mikko was stung by a stingray (but cleared by medical to continue if he felt okay). Rob just felt like he was sinking and swallowed too much salt water.
Update: All my updates were coming from Twitter. Apparently some are saying Mikko busted his ear drum, but can continue if he chooses.
